Description
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Swivel Handle Low Row has been developed to maximise development of the lats and upper back. Rotating swivel handles let you take any grip you wish, and the adjustments to seat height, seat distance, and chest pad angle let you choose the motion path that best matches your natural biomechanics.
Features:
Adjustable seat position
Set the seat height to isolate the upper back or lats, and adjust the seat distance to ensure a full range of motion.
Adjustable angle chest pad with bracing handle
Chose the chest pad angle that best supports your torso and use the bracing handle for unilateral work if desired. Maximising torso stability increases the stress you can apply directly to the desired muscles.
Kick start lever
Push down on the foot lever to bring the handles closer to you and start the set - every rep can then be performed with a full stretch.
Swing arm handle mount
The free rotating handles are mounted on a swing arm, allowing the line of force to adjust as the lever arm moves towards your body. This lead to an exceptionally smooth and comfortable motion that automatically adjusts to your bodies preferred motion path.
Freely rotating 360 degree handles
The swivel mounted handles can rotate freely even during a rep. If you or your clients struggle with painful wrists or elbows during pulldowns, or have shoulder issues that create pain in specific positions, then the ability to rotate your grip to any angle you wish during back movements could be just what you're looking for to alleviate discomfort and allow continued strength and muscle building in a safe and comfortable range of motion.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Swivel Handle Low Row provides full range of motion, high torso stability and a biomechanically correct resistance curve to yield maximum stimulation for the lats and upper back.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
