We understand that keeping your equipment in the best possible condition is key and are proud to have a dedicated in-house service team that is backed up by an extensive network of engineers throughout the UK.

  • Warranty

    We pride ourselves on the quality of our equipment and our kit is backed by a manufacturers warranty that covers parts. Should your equipment have a fault we have a team of customer support consultants ready to assist you and get your machine back up and running as soon as possible. They will guide you through the process and take the relevant information in order to help diagnose and resolve the issue.

  • Extended Warranty

    There is an option to extend the warranty on your product for an additional one or two years. This will give you peace of mind and extend the life of your product. If you missed the chance to add this to your order, don’t worry you can still add this on up to 30 days from delivery of your order. Simply call our sales team on 0800 689 4021 and they will set this up for you.

  • Product Care

    We recommend that you regularly check your equipment to keep it working optimally. Basic checks would be to ensure all bolts are tightened, that machines are greased where required and batteries are replaced where necessary. 

    Cleaning or disinfectant/sanitising spray should not be sprayed directly onto any product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. This product must only be used indoors in a temperature-controlled environment and be left dry. Any damage to products from chemical cleaning products voids the product warranty. 

     

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Carrying out regular maintenance on your equipment is the best way to prolong the life of your equipment, minimise risk of injury to your members and to reduce downtime.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

We offer a range of service contracts to suit your facility and equipment's needs. These contracts protect you against unforeseen costs and out of order equipment. Servicing your equipment is key to its longevity, our technicians follow a full-service procedure designed to keep machines functioning optimally for longer. You'll receive a full service report and our technicians will identify any work and replacement parts needed following their assessment. 

We offer service contracts for existing customers please contact sales@primalstrength.com and they will happily provide a quote. 

What your service contract includes: 

  • Annual Health Check and Assessment 
  • Full Report Highlighting any parts required (these will be chargeable if outside the warranty period) 
  • 20% discount on parts if outside warranty period 
  • Fast response from local service engineers 

 

Part Ordering

Our parts team are available to help identify any replacement parts you may need from consumables to essential service parts.
