SHIPPING POLICY

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our
UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the
order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped
from the Monday of the following week.

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Expected delivery is 3 to 7 business days. All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 7am and 6pm. We advise having two bodies available to accept delivery as pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Please note, Primal Strength advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders. 

All parcels will require a signature.

Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked with you in advance. Current install lead time is 3-4 weeks due to peak volume.
