Designed for user adaptability, the adjustable seat tilts forward to engage the chest and shoulders or remains upright to effectively isolate the triceps for targeted strength training.
Choose to use the spherical grips or knurled handles which are engineered to optimise biomechanics, allowing users to tailor wrist and elbow angles for maximum performance.
Ergonomic “floating” handles pivot smoothly on a hinge, aligning perfectly with your body during kickbacks. For added versatility, the handles can rest in a fully forward position, enabling tricep-focused dips.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
