Upgrade your back training with the Primal Pro Series Seated row, a testament to flexibility and durability in workout performance.
This commercial-grade plate loaded machine is ergonomically designed to allow selective emphasis of the lats, traps, middle back, or rear delts. Choose from any of our Primal weight plates, including the Primal Pro Series Coloured Bumper Plate, to tailor the intensity of your workout to your fitness goals.
An adjustable handle mount allows users to easily choose between positions to more effectively isolate targeted muscles. Set the handle high for rear delt emphasis or drop it low and tuck your elbows in to your sides for maximal lat activation.
Telescopic rotating handles let you set the perfect starting position of the handles and then pull with any grip. Adjustable length handles set the range of motion to suit all sizes of user.
A leverage loading mechanism provides the ideal resistance curve for rows. An ergonomically designed weight lever provides heavier loading in the stretch position where the back muscles are strongest, then reduces the loading as the muscles reach the contracted position. This matched resistance profile keeps the muscle under the perfect tension throughout the rep. The exact rate at which tension drops off in the contracted position is controlled by the starting angle of the adjustable handle stem.
Constructed from a high quality heavy gauge steel frame with super smooth industrial grade pillow block bearings, this robust strength machine is built to withstand repeated high intensity use in commercial gym spaces. The Primal Pro Series Seated Row is also backed by an impressive 5-year full commercial frame warranty with 1 year on parts for added assurance.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
