The unique shape of this versatile bar primarily allows room for your head, meaning you get a greater and more intense range of motion during exercises. Get more muscle fibre recruitment while minimising stress on the elbows.

Shipping

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Please note that install time of 4-6 weeks is expected from shipping date.


We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
