Accessories
- Primal Personal Series accessories are designed for home use, with selected items suitable for light commercial environments (refer to individual product pages). All accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original purchaser only.
Improper use, general wear and tear are not covered. - Primal Performance Series accessories are covered for full commercial use by our standard 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Bars and Collars
- Primal Personal Series bars and collars are intended for home use, with selected products suitable for light commercial use (see product page). Covered by a 24-month “No Breaks” warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when used and maintained correctly.
Correct Use Includes: Not exceeding recommended load limits,
bars not left loaded when not in use, use with appropriate olympic weight plates only, use on suitable lifting platforms when dropped, not dropping onto boxes, benches, spotter arms or similar.
Correct Maintenance Includes: Annual oiling to prevent rust and maintain bearing performance
Manufacturing defects and structural breakages are covered. Improper use, poor maintenance, and wear and tear are excluded."
- Primal Performance Series bars are covered for full commercial use with our 5 year no break or bend warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Primal Performance Series collars are covered by our 24 months no break warranty. Warranty is only valid when items are used and maintained correctly as per the following: - CORRECT USE ENTAILS, Weight loading does not exceed the recommended limits. bars are not left loaded with weights. Bars are only used with weight plates. A weightlifting platform is used if using bars on the floor. Bars are not dropped on boxes, benches spotter arms or similar. CORRECT MAINTENANCE ENTAILS, Bars are wiped down with wd40 or similar not alcohol based cleaning fluids and chalk is cleaned from the bar. Bars are annually oiled to prevent rust and to ensure bearing lubrication.
Cardio
- Primal Personal Series cardio machines are suitable for home use, with selected models suitable for light commercial environments (see product page). Covered by a 2–3 year parts-only warranty, depending on model. Manufacturing defects are covered. Improper use, rust, and wear and tear are excluded.
- Primal Performance Series cardio machines are suitable for home, light commercial, and full commercial use.
Standard Warranty: 3 years parts, 1 year labour (Excludes Studio Bikes, Rowers, Ski Trainers, Ergo Bikes and Air Bikes – see below):
Studio & Air Bikes (Parts Only): 3 years: flywheel, brake knob, handlebars, seat post, foot adjustments. 2 years: handlebar post sleeve, bottom bracket, saddle, pop-pin
1 year: pedals, chain, brake pads, frame guard, remaining components. Brake pads are consumable and excluded
Mains/Generator Cardio:
5 years frame, 3 years parts, 2 years motor (treadmills), 1 year labour
Curved Treadmills & Power Sleds: 5 years frame, 3 years parts, 1 year labour
Rowers & Ski Trainers: 3 years parts, 12 months on wearables (pedals, handles, grips, saddle).
All warranties exclude wear and tear.
Flooring & Platforms
- Personal Series flooring & platforms suitable for home and light commercial use. Covered by a 12-month parts-only warranty (labour excluded). Covers manufacturing defects only.
Excludes misuse, wear and tear, water damage, dirt damage, or malicious damage." - Primal Performance Series flooring & platforms are covered for full commercial use with our 36 months parts only warranty (excludes labour) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse. Wooden or custom Platforms being scratched or chipped is not covered under warranty. Water damage and or dirty flooring is not covered under warranty.
Racks
- Personal Series racks are designed for home use, with selected models approved for light commercial use.
Home Use: 1 year wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings), 2 years all other parts
Light Commercial (selected models): 5 years frame, 1 year wearable parts & 2 years all other parts. Labour excluded.
Misuse, wear and tear, and malicious damage are not covered."

Covers manufacturing defects only. Excludes misuse, wear and tear, and malicious damage.
- Primal Performance Series Single & Dual Station strength equipment is covered for full commercial use with our 5 year frame, 1 year on pads, 2 years cables, pulleys and bearings, 3 years on all other parts and 1 year labour warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse.
Storage
- Personal Series storage racks are suitable for home and light commercial use (selected models - see product page).

Personal Series weights (Dumbbells, Plates, Kettlebells) are suitable for home use (12-month “No Breaks” warranty). Light Commercial (selected models) 24-month “No Breaks” warranty.
Warranty valid only when used and maintained correctly.
Clean chalk and moisture after use. Store in a dry environment. Use on appropriate flooring/surfaces. No dropping of weights. Store on suitable racks.
Covers manufacturing defects and structural failure only. Excludes misuse, improper storage, and wear and tear."

Warranty is only valid when items are used and maintained correctly as per the following: - CORRECT MAINTENANCE/USE ENTAILS, weights are wiped down and chalk is cleaned off after use. Weights are stored in a dry environment, free of moisture. Used on soft or appropriate surfaces. No dropping of dumbbells, weight plates or kettlebells. Stored on appropriate racks.
