Once your order is confirmed and payment or finance is secured, stock is allocated and your delivery due date is scheduled. You will receive a site survey to assess access, space requirements, and installation readiness.
Our install planning team reviews your completed survey to confirm suitability and identify any risks. Flooring, access routes, power supply, and spatial requirements must be approved before installation can be scheduled.
We work closely with you to agree the most suitable installation date, taking into account your schedule and any site-specific considerations. Ahead of installation, our team prepares your equipment and coordinates logistics, ensuring everything arrives ready for a smooth, efficient setup.
Our professional installation team delivers your equipment safely and positions it precisely according to the agreed gym design. Each piece is assembled and aligned with care, ensuring structural integrity, safe operation, and optimal performance in your fully realised training environment.
Following installation, all equipment undergoes detailed quality inspections. Our team then provides a full handover, including demonstrations and guidance on safe use and essential maintenance, ensuring your gym is ready for immediate operation.
