Upgrade your commercial space with the Primal Performance Series Glute Ham Developer (GHD), a premium GHD which is a must use machine in strength and conditioning programmes for hamstring, glute, and posterior chain training.
Multi-adjustable for both length and height with quick-release pop pins, trainers can set their perfect position smoothly and achieve maximum activation of a variety of lower body muscle groups.
Engineered with 3mm commercial-grade steel and powder coated in a Matte Black finish, the Primal Performance Series GHD is built to withstand high-intensity use in busy commercial gyms or performance centres.
It also features dual rip-resistant padding, durable upholstery and is backed by a full commercial 5-year frame warranty for added assurance.
This specialist weight bench is designed with versatility in mind, featuring resistance band hooks, support handles on the footplate and adjustable pads which allow a wide range of exercise as listed below:

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
