The Primal Plate-Loading ISO Lever Machines have been engineered to work in the natural motion of the body in order to optimise the isolation of the intended muscle groups. The Machines converge and diverge in a natural, arcing motion, guaranteeing users the maximum muscle contraction whilst providing the safety of a machine to maximise both the benefit and security for users when training.
ISO Lever Plate-Loaded Machines have many benefits, including:
- Independent movement of each machine arm
- Converging or diverging range of motion
- Safely isolating muscle groups
- Maximise weight used whilst applying a natural lifting motion
The Primal Performance Series ISO Shoulder Press offers a natural and very ‘true’ pressing motion. Simply add the weights required, adjust the seat height and you can utilise the machine for a range of shoulder pressing exercises. As all Primal ISO Machines have single levers, you can train using one arm or both to isolate the shoulder muscles. As the popularity of ISO Lever Machines grows, more and more athletes are employing these machines as the training machines of choice. Traditionally, the machine shoulder press exercise is performed seated, facing outwards from the machine and using fixed handles.
On the Primal ISO shoulder Press you can perform both a seated, front-facing press exercise and a standing machine-facing press. The machine is also engineered to support both single and dual-arm lifts and is also excellent for safely performing standing power presses, all of which make this the premier shoulder press machine on the market.
The ISO shoulder press is one of 8 Core Primal ISO Machines and the range is perfect for any sports facility or commercial gym. It comes in Matte Nero with premium rip-resistant pads. The quick release seat allows users to set the machine up quickly to the desired height.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
