How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

If the item is in stock we aim to despatch within 48 hours, please see our

Do you ship overseas?

We deliver overseas, price upon request. Please contact our sales team at sales@primalstrength.com

Do you offer installation?

We offer installation packages for all types of gyms. From home gyms, to personal training studios, to commercial gyms, to elite performance centres. You can add this at the checkout or contact our sales team at sales@primalstrength.com

Do you offer warranty on items?

We offer warranty, extended warranty, and product aftercare including servicing. Please contact our sales team at sales@primalstrength.com

Do you offer finance and leasing options?

We offer a range of finance and leasing options.

For home gyms we offer Klarna and V12 as options. These are available at checkout

Shipping

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.

*UPDATE FOR DECEMBER SHIPPING INFO*

We aim to deliver between 3-7 business days, this may be impacted over the festive period.

Pallet Deliveries (Products over 40kg): No deliveries will be made between 24th December and 2nd January as the pallet network is closed.

Smaller Goods: Deliveries remain operational, except on the following dates 25th December, 28th December, 1st January, 2nd January (Scotland only).

We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Returns

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most domestic products purchased from us using distance means and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns page for full information.
