Description
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Pullover takes a classic Old School move and perfects it, to provide a safe and comfortable method to isolate the lats and upper back without fatiguing the muscles of the arm.
Features
Height Adjustable Seat.
The high density foam seat can be adjusted so users of all heights can get perfectly aligned with the handle.
Kick Start Lever
Push down on the foot lever to bring the handles closer to you and start the set – every rep can then be performed with a full stretch.
High Density Elbow Pads
Elbow pads allow the movement to be performed with little or no stress on the biceps or triceps. This is a great option if you want to train your back, but not your arms!
Increasing then decreasing resistance curve.
As the pullover movement puts the shoulder in a stretched position, the Performance Series pullover has been designed to lighten the load at the start of the rep. The load then increases steadily through the mid-range before dropping off in the last few degrees of motion to allow a deliberate contraction of the lats.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Pullover provides a safe and comfortable method to overload your lats and upper back whilst minimising the stress on your upper arm muscles.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
