Transform your core training with the Primal Performance Series Plate-Loaded Ab Crunch, an unmatched plate loaded tool for building and toning abs to perfection.
Designed for high traffic commercial gyms, performance centres, and PT studios, this ab crunch machine is equipped with a pivoting seat pad which ensures greater flexibility for multiple abdominal exercises and effective activation of lower body muscle groups.
Ergonomically designed to move through a natural range of motion for safe targeting of abdominal muscles, overhead handles are also featured to allow abs to pre-stretch with an upright posture for perfect form.
Combine with any Primal Performance Series weight plates to maximise your workout goals, smoothly loading up to 150kg onto the loading bullhorn. Also included are 2 x stainless steel storage bullhorns attached at the rear of the machine.
Constructed from premium laser-cut steel and finished with a durable electro black coating, this plate-loading machine is built for enduring heavy use. Backed by a 5-year full commercial frame warranty with 3 years on parts, it delivers reliability and performance you can count on.
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Ab Crunch also features urethane injection moulded pads with double stitched covers to ensure this plate loaded machine withstands the wear and tear of high intensity commercial gym environments.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
