Free Delivery:
Free delivery to mainland GB addresses on orders over £199 are by either a parcel courier or a pallet courier. See below for further information.
Standard Timescales:
Expected delivery is within 3-7 business days.
Express Delivery:
Order before 3pm for delivery within 48 hours. Available on selected products only and subject to availability. Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday orders will normally be delivered on a Tuesday.
Two Man Delivery:
This service is available on larger orders or premium priced products. You will be called to book a delivery day in advance. Subject to suitable and safe access, the couriers will place the product into a ground floor room of your choice.
One Man Pallet Delivery:
Expected delivery is 3 to 7 business days. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 7am and 6pm. These are kerbside only. We advise having two bodies available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Please note, Primal Strength advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel Delivery:
All parcels will require a signature.
Installations:
Installations are generally always a two-man service and are booked with you in advance. Installations are normally within 7-10 days.

For commercial gyms/Studios please call the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.

The Rebel Commercial Olympic Lock-Jaw Collars are designed for use in heavy duty gyms and Cross Fit boxes. Suitable only for Olympic bars, the Lock-Jaw Collars firmly and quickly secure discs into place. The collars are engineered to ensure the heaviest of loads will not slip or move even during heavy deadlift exercises.
The Lock Jaw Collars are engineered using a black gloss, hardened-nylon frame and injection-moulded pressure pads. The large safety latch ensures the collars are quick and easy to put on and remove from the bar. The latch is easily released with one hand when changing weights.
The Rebel Commercial Olympic Lock Jaw Collars are designed to be used with any of the 5 Core Primal Strength bars and have been designed for use in any sports facility, commercial gym, PT studio or home.
The collars have a full commercial 2-year warranty; the warranty is only valid if the collars haven’t been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, or handling by the user.
