Featuring commercial grade safety straps and a premium oversized wide 75mm “Fat Pad” back support. Adjustable to 14 positions it will adapt to any lifter. The Primal Olympic Safety Bench also features 3 band hooks on both sides to allow you to push even more or strip the weight and go beyond failure and stress the muscle even more.
Each Primal Olympic Safety Bench comes as standard with two premium rubber sandwich J-Hooks to protect your bar and an elevated non-slip spotter platform.
Industry leading, 1000kg rated and made from 3mm box steel, this bench will take the strain of even the heaviest lifters.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
