Primal Strength GLS Nordic Curl
The GLS by Primal Strength Nordic Curl takes one of the most effective hamstring exercises known and makes it accessible to trainees of all strength levels. Do away with awkward band assisted setups, or risking injury by balancing on a tiny pad on a pulldown machine for assistance!
The GLS by Primal Strength Nordic Curl has a full contact pad and handles, so the torso stays parallel to the pad, the offset arms give you increasing assistance as you descend, matching the strength curve of the movement, and an adjustable bump stop let’s you can chose the end point of the range of motion then steadily increase it over time.
You can either perform full range reps and then increase the difficulty by reducing the counter weight load, use body weight through a partial range of motion and progressively increase the range of motion, or a mixture of both.
Either way the full contact front lever pad will cue correct posture, the knee pad will ensure comfort, and the adjustable height ankle roller will lock you in place and let you focus entirely on building those powerful hamstrings!
