This product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry. Any damage to products from chemical cleaning products voids the product warranty.

DoubleBells? are a double handled resistance training tool designed to maximise training variety whilst using a single implement.

DoubleBells? range from 10kg to 30kg in weight and every DoubleBell? has identical dimensions, so there is no additional learning curve when you get stronger in a movement; all that changes is the weight.

DoubleBells? are specifically sized to maximise the number of exercises that can be performed. The cylinder length, cylinder diameter, handle width and handle length are all carefully designed so you can press, row, extend and rotate freely. Rotates around your head just as easy and comfortable as hip thrusting, handstands off the DoubleBell? are just as natural as bent over rows.

As such, DoubleBells? are a superb tool for circuit style conditioning flows, loaded HIIT sessions, Boot camps and group exercise classes. No more stopping to go and get the next implement; you can do it all with a DoubleBell?!
